I gave this candle as a gift to my daughter in law and she burns it in the evening once the baby has gone to sleep. She says it has a beautiful fragrance (I agree!) and it helps her to relax. Some lavender fragrances can have a strong camphor element but this is beautifully gentle and relaxing.
