RETURNS
You can make a request to return your items for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods with a Full Money Back Guarantee.
Handmade, especially commissioned, personalised goods, food and perishable products may not be returned.
Once you let us know you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return goods to us. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. The goods must be securely wrapped and sent back to us at your own risk and cost.
After we have received your goods, we will refund you by crediting your original payment method.
Damaged goods, lost in transit, incorrect items
In the event of you receiving damaged or defective items, your order being lost by the carrier or your order being incorrectly fulfilled we will happily provide a replacement or refund as you prefer.
